Wild Game Butchering Course
Take the Wild Game Butchering Course if you want to learn how to prepare your own game meat. We walk you through the entire deer processing process step-by-step. We can also demonstrate how to process wild goats and pigs if you get in touch with us ahead of time. The deer or other game animal (if you have scheduled it with us in advance) will be ready for processing on the day of the course, which lasts for one day. You will take all of the meat home at the end of the day, packaged and cryovaced so it's ready to eat. Everything is provided for you, including the Cryovac, the knives, and the game animal. There will be accessories for sale that day.
Slip and Slide
Following a deluge, the UniMog left its mark while we patrolled the property in search of new access tracks. This merely serves to highlight how wild and unspoiled the countryside is—ideal for game animals.
First day of hunting
07/04/2021 was the first day of the season at the new property and this was one of the large ones croaking on the day. We have a lot of stags croaking and sighted moving around the 11 thousand acres.
